Aztec Hops

Aztec™ has risen from the ashes as the most unique among her neomexicanus sisters. This hop debuted in Michigan in 2021 alongside Hydra (these were the two new releases from Great Lakes Hops for 2021). As a result, it’s still very new to the market and we do not have a ton of brewer feedback yet. It’s a very exciting hop though, as it is the first neomexicanus hop developed in the Midwest.
