Orders and Shipping
You can track orders by going this page. If you have additional questions, please send an email to hops-team@midwestreservehops.com and we’ll get back to you shortly. You can also send us a DM on our social media channels.
Order placed through the website for in-stock items are generally shipped within two days. For in-demand hops, which may be offered as pre-order items, our team will provide regular email updates. Hops harvest and processing timelines fluctuate year-to-year, but we are committed to providing you with timely and accurate updates on pre-order items.
If you recently placed an order and need to change the shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the corrected address. As long as you get in contact with us before the order ships, we can easily change the shipping destination.
Yes, we collect sales tax based on the shipping address of your order. Due to a 2018 Supreme Court ruling, States have the right require online stores to collect sales tax, regardless of if the store maintains a physical presence in that State.

We offer pre-orders on some hops on a seasonal basis. We do not offer pre-orders on everything because it can be difficult to predict hops availability year-to-year. Message us if there is a specific variety of hops you are looking for and we can track it down for you.
